And thats the bottom line cos…

April 20th, 2006

STONE COLD said so! Yep, thats who the next WWE hero is, Stone Cold Steve Austin, the Rattlesname himself:

stone cold steve austin

This guy is an actual lunatic, but in the good sense. Whereas The Rock kicks asses, Austin whoops them and just keeps doing it. He’s been a WWE wrestler for many many years, and still makes the odd appearance now and then.

He’s had some of the best matches ever fought, and has the devastating finisher known as….The Stone Cold Stunner, below is an example of it:

How mega is that move, look at the bounce! This is why this guy is feared as a wrestler, cos he does whoop ass!

There was a time though, when he wasnt as well liked, it was the storyline of when the WCW(rival wrestling company who had just been put out of business by the WWE) invaded the WWE nad wanted to take it over, and they were led by Stone Cold. He did eventually make up for it though, as you’ll see below, in a match where there were 2 WWE starts against LOTS of WCW stars:

THAT is the reason why today, and for ever, Stone Cold is a WWE hero!!!

Cheezy:)

p.s. again. There will be 1 more and final WWE hero, but before that, there will be a list of WWE/WWF stars who deserve a small mention.

Stop The Rock, can’t stop The Rock…

April 19th, 2006

Now, what is my title all about, is it about that really old song that just goes on and on? Is it, as it says, about a rock?Well………..no, actually. Its about THE Rock! The only true Rock. This man right hereThe Rock
The peoples champion himself, thats how much he was loved

Now a Hollywood actor, back in the day, when he was coolest, he was a WWF/WWE wrestling star! One o the best! He kicked ass for a living, and he kicked it well! With such moves as the peoples punches and the spine buster, only set him up for “THE most electrifying move in sports entertainment”, The Peoples Elbow. You can see an example below:

He did also have another finishing move, the Rock Bottom, also seen below:(this particular one whilst putting someone through a table :))

I dont care how bad his movies get, i actually enjoyed some of them, I will always remember him for his glory days as a wrestler, and the day he goes back, is a good day for the WWE.

The Rock is a REAL American hero!

Cheezy

p.s. In a couple of days, yet another WWE hero, but who……….?

Soundtrack to your life

April 16th, 2006

Ok, a while back on Guy’s site, you had the movie of your life, now what you need to do is put a soundtrack to it.

There are gonna be 6 parts of you life your gonna hve to cover, so 6 different songs, the parts will be:

1. You being born, montage of you growing up(start of movie, opening titles)
2. You fall in love with a girl or guy(typical movie storyline)
3. The obligatory fight scene(you know the drill)
4. You “win” the girl/guy you love and live happily ever after
5. You die, montage of your life after you lived happily ever after(closing credits)

I guess that i need to start, so here goes:

1: Bitter sweet symphony by The Verve
2: Everything I do(I do for you) by Bryan Adams*
3: Breathe by The Prodigy
4: Beautiful Day by U2
5: Who wants to live forever by Queen

*Hey, they don’t call me Cheezy for nothing

Hope that all makes sense. Look forward to seeing the answers.

The future life of Cheeze

April 11th, 2006

Well, I got some absolutely great news this week…..i’ve got a conditional offer from Strathclyde University!:) This adds to my conditional to Edinburgh also. My condition of acceptance is to pass my HND,which is do-able. For those who don’t know, im gonna do community education and become a youth worker. I applied to 3 universities, got interviews with all 3, but only went to two(decided not to move to leeds) and got conditionals with the two i did go to, im quite happy! Means i can stay in Glasgow for the next 3/4 years of education, which should be good. Also means ill be “uni buddies” with Dinoman and Scotia, woohoo.:)

Long time

April 7th, 2006

Thankfully, Cheezy has been off this week, and what has he done with it?…..Nothing, absolutely nothing. Yeah, i’ve been out and about at night, but during the day i’ve sat and watched tv, played the ps2 and just pottered away. It is actually quite nice, because I have been quite busy of late.

Last week, I was helping looking after some foreign students from France and Finland. It was a good laugh actually, done loads of great stuff. Took them to Stirling(just in time for everything closing), the IMAX cinema, Edinburgh Castle and Dungeons(which is fantastic and would recommend everyone should go to it, so funny and very well acted). Sadly, there was some work to be done, including work on the website, and on the friday, as spokesperson for the group, I had to do a presentation. I LOVE doing presentations, don’t know why, I just do, and cos of that, im pretty good at them. I turned a 3-5 minute presentation into nearly a 15 minute one, and done myself proud.

They did have to go home though sadly, and it was hard to say goodbye as we’d all got quite close. I do have an open invitation to go to France though, score!

Also saw Firewall the other day, and it’s good. You can’t really beat Harrison Ford. He plays a server security chief in a bank, and his family is held hostage until he gets them money. On comes some cliched attempts to save them and stuff, but the action is good and was quite impressed.
